Queen Bed Room in Charming Boutique Hotel

Wonderful Experience Positive: Clean, extremely cozy, quiet.The renovations aren't quite finished (and management was apologetic about it) but it looks great and there is no doubt it will look even better when they are done. The manager was extremely patient, helpful, courteous and attentive. He offered to help us with our bags and let us know he was available for anything we needed. We are already planning our next stay there!

Positive: The room was clean, comfortable and newly renovated. Negative: Limited parking, the outside of the building needs renovating, soundproofing between floors needs improving.

Positive: Renovated room very nice. Room was handicap accessible. Negative: Although room was handicap accessible, getting to the room was very difficult. The distance from parking to the room was an uphill battle, so ended up parking in the street when it was time to pack up and leave. They did the best they could, but the layout of the property not too good for handicap.

Negative: Not safe no locks on main door. No staff

Comfortable aside from slamming doors. Positive: The rooms were nice. Enjoyed having coffee, snacks and the refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice. Negative: -No curb appeal..balconies would look nice if flower boxes were added. -Chairs are needed on the porches so guests can enjoy a cup of coffee/ tea outside when the weather permits. -Signs are needed on the doors to remind guests not to slam them…this was especially annoying at night/ early in the morning. -Extra hooks are needed in the bathroom.
